What is a Packaged Solution?

We refer to our implementation packages for SAP SuccessFactors modules as packaged solutions. For each module, such as SuccessFactors Employee Central or Learning, we develop one or more implementation packages based on our project experience and best practice processes. This means you receive the module with preconfigured templates that have proven themselves in practice.

Our packaged solutions also offer planning security and transparency: you receive an estimate of the costs and time required and can clearly calculate your project. Customised consulting and key user training are also part of every packaged solution – so you can start using the application straight away and remain independent.

What are ABS Team products/SAP extensions?

ABS Team offers a portfolio of self-developed HR solutions that supplement the functional scope of SAP solutions for the HCM application area. These can be extensions for SAP SuccessFactors, such as our TrainingMonitor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, or further developments of existing SAP HCM components such as ABS-BAV. Our product portfolio also includes our very own solutions such as the BEM Monitor and SAP interfaces, e.g. DigiPenX for connecting to the database for the digital pension overview.

We develop our own products and solutions if the SAP delivery standard does not cover certain scenarios or if an application can be usefully supplemented. You are also welcome to contact us if you have a use case that is not yet mapped by SAP and that we do not currently offer in our product catalogue. We are sure to find the right solution for you.

SAP focuses on employees and their goals in order to utilise the full potential of each individual and thus improve the company's overall performance.
ABS Team offers various tools as extensions for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. These tools, which we also refer to as products, complement the existing SAP solutions and, in some cases, offer solutions that are not available in the standard SAP delivery.

What is an SAP add-on?

Add-ons provide new functions to existing software. SAP itself offers some add-ons to its standard systems. We at ABS Team also develop add-ons where necessary. For example, we offer the PCC add-on, which extends the Payroll Control Centre with a set of best practice check rules.
